A total of 1500 employees of SHABARI are deployed in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Goa , Pune and Mumbai.
A significant 75% of them are technical personnel.
The team comprises of 100+ Managerial and supervisory staff. Most of them are technically qualified, which include Engineers with 4 to 20 years of work experience in the Mechanical & hospitality/service industry.
The Managers, Engineers, Officers, Executives and Supervisors engaged in overall management and supervision of the services are direct employees of SHABARI.
We are accessible and available 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
It is our prime responsibility and moral duty to see that there is no interruption in our Client’s business due to lack of Electrical & Electro Mechanical services, and that additional resources can be deployed within a reasonable amount of time as and when any emergency situation arises.
The Management Team
A professionally managed Company, SHABARI has Operation Managers, site Engineers and Administrators, constituting the Senior Management of the Company.
Apart from the above team, SHABARI has a well planned structure on human resource in Karnataka and Chennai. The dedicated team members in each city are monitored by the Managing Director of the Company and other Line Managers, depending upon the requirement of strength at the locations.
